About Rookoo

Rookoo was founded by experts in customer service. The team has been historically working together for over 8 years within a SAAS environment focused on digital customer service.
Throughout their careers, they acquired an extensive and proven experience working with customer service automation and AI technologies.

During their years at previous companies, they saw the need for a centralized hub where AI assistants could empower humans by alleviating them of repetitive and time consuming tasks.

In early 2024 an open source project was modified into a collaborative AI playground to experiment with various LLMs.
These experiments led to the creation of an autonomous assistant to analyze reviews and not only suggest a suitable response, but actually respond to the review itself. Rookoo was born.

Rookoo is named after the sound a pigeon makes. Pigeons are creatures that experiment, work together and have a proven track record of managing tasks (See Project Pigeon ). For centuries, they are the ones keeping conversations alive.
