Rookoo is a Ghent-based startup on a mission to revolutionize the events, hospitality and (MICE-) tourism industry with our AI-powered digital employee.

Our product ExperienceAI is a digital co-worker that helps event venues, agencies, tourism boards, hotels and more turn inbound customer requests into structured, actionable plans. We drastically reduce the back-and-forth and admin work, so our clients can focus on creating amazing experiences instead of paperwork.

Rookoo is named after the sound a pigeon makes. Pigeons are creatures that experiment, work together and have a proven track record of managing tasks (See Project Pigeon ). For centuries, they are the ones keeping conversations alive.
