Google API Disclosure

Rookoo's use of information received, and Rookoo's transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google's Limited Use Requirements.

a. Google Service Integration. When you connect your Google account to Rookoo, we collect and process:

  • Email content, metadata, and thread information that you authorize us to access.
  • Your Google account email address for authentication and synchronization.
  • Labels, folders, and message status information.

b. Use of Google Data. We request the minimum scopes needed and process the minimum data required to deliver the feature. Google user data accessed through our integration is used solely to:

  • Provide the specific features you enabled (retrieving emails, composing drafts, replying to messages, and labeling emails).
  • Improve the functionality of our Google integration features.
  • Sync and display your email communications within Rookoo's interface to facilitate workflow management.

We do not use Google user data for:
