Together with Rookoo, SPIN launched Lisa, an AI assistant that lives on the SPIN website. Lisa helps both B2C and B2B guest book events, request quotes or get answers instantly.
She understands the difference between a private birthday party and a corporate event, guiding each website visitor through a tailored intake procedure that feels natural and personal. Lisa also knows the details that matter. Each SPIN venue has something unique, from venues and menus, to location specific options and venue capacities.
Behind the scenes, she’s connected to Tripleseat, a leading event management platform used by top restaurants and venues to manage bookings, contracts and customer communication. This direct integration allows Lisa to pass bookings directly into SPIN’s system in a pending state ready for a human confirmation.
And we’re not stopping there. Future integration with Sevenrooms would make Lisa even more capable of connecting the dots between guest experience and operations.
📊 Results so far
Since going live on the 1st of October, Lisa already generated over $25,000.00 in B2B bookings. The sales team already described Lisa as a great addition to their team, providing a “head start” with new leads, and pending bookings, and supporting them with increasing conversion significantly.
Lisa also handles any other questions that customers have 24/7, and gives the Sales team more time to focus on creative planning or relationship building. The result? Faster response times, smoother workflows and a great experience for both the client as well as the sales team.
