That frustration is why we started Rookoo. From our nest in the Wintercircus in Ghent, we're building ExperienceAI, a digital colleague that takes over the admin chaos so event teams can focus on what really matters: creating unforgettable experiences.
We're already in full flight. In the past month, our ARR doubled.
SPIN in the US, Wintercircus Events and The Arena Group (to name a few) are already working with our digital colleague.
Deals are closing, momentum is real and the pipeline is growing fast.
This isn't about searching for product market fit, it's about scaling something that works.
Now it's time for our very first Account Executive, an experienced bird-of-all-trades, to come on board.
We'll soar side by side (but I don't like hand-holding), owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal, and shaping the playbook as we expand.
We're a small, experienced crew (we've worked together before) that takes ambition - EventTech = Rookoo! - seriously but not ourselves.
There are jokes flying around every day, afterworks when we need to blow off steam and ramen lunches when we want to celebrate a win.
